A 2023 Outstanding Woman in Resources finalist, Jayne is recognised as a visionary and strategic leader with extensive global experience across Oil and Gas exploration, production, LNG, and decarbonisation. From pioneering strategies in Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Carbon Credit Projects to leading business growth and operations in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia, her leadership has consistently delivered transformational growth and portfolios.

With executive roles at Santos, Beach Energy, and Origin Energy, Reneke has consistently demonstrated excellence in driving business transformation, operational optimization, large project value and sustainable energy transitions.
An Engineering MSc graduate and Company Director (GAICD), Reneke combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership capabilities. Her engineering background has been fundamental in bridging technical innovation with business outcomes - from implementing advanced machine learning solutions and digital transformations to developing novel approaches for gas storage and seep mitigation. This technical foundation, coupled with executive experience across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets, enables her to drive practical, technology-enabled solutions to complex business challenges.
